We use GPS so we know in real time where our foot patrol personnel and vehicles are located. We monitor our security guards while they are on duty 24/7. They must check in at specific times throughout their shift.
This is critical. If a guard does not check in at the arranged time for any reason, we dispatch a security lead to the site to assess the situation, and when necessary, take over the guard shift.
Scanning Check-In System
We want to make sure that our guards are covering their scheduled rounds on time. To do so, we install small Radio Frequency-Identification (RFID) tags throughout the property. When a security guard passes a RFID location, a RFID scanner records it.
The RFID scans are reviewed by a security field officer to verify security guards are properly monitoring all designated sites at a location. These reports are available to clients for review.

Yes. All our guards have successfully passed a licensing exam by the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services in California or the Arizona Department of Public Safety in Arizona. Additional ongoing training is required to maintain a current license. Are Your Security Guards CPR And First Aid Trained?
Yes. All our guards have successfully completed CPR and First Aid certification training and are required to keep these certifications current.
